Careers at IPQS

Partnership Manager

Build relationships that expand IPQS’s impact.

We’re looking for a Partnership Manager to build and manage the relationships, communities, and strategic programs that strengthen IPQS’s position in the fraud prevention ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, customers, community, marketing, and sales. You’ll own the partner ecosystem, Customer Advisory Board, sponsorship strategy, and engagement across relevant digital communities. You’ll turn those relationships into meaningful customer insights, brand awareness, content, and commercial opportunities.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Sales and CTO to understand company priorities, product capabilities, market facts, and strategic direction, then translate those inputs into partner and community programs with measurable impact.

What you’ll do

  • Recruit high-performing Value Added Resellers, Referral Partners, and Technology Partners to expand market coverage.
  • Drive joint sales pipeline and contribute toward annual revenue quotas.
  • Train partner sales and technical teams on IPQS product value.
  • Co-sell with partners on enterprise deals and client pitches.
  • Design and execute joint go-to-market and marketing plans.
  • Track metrics including deal registration, win rates, and channel ROI.
  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with technology companies, industry organizations, associations, platforms, and complementary service providers.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that can generate pipeline, referrals, co-marketing opportunities, customer value, or strategic positioning.
  • Develop joint initiatives, campaigns, webinars, events, content, and other programs with partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and ensure partnerships remain active and mutually valuable.
  • Establish a clear framework for evaluating and prioritizing partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain an active presence in relevant forums, Slack groups, online communities, and industry conversations.
  • Identify opportunities for IPQS to contribute expertise without turning communities into advertising channels.
  • Build relationships with community leaders, moderators, influencers, and active members.
  • Monitor conversations for emerging fraud trends, customer pain points, competitive intelligence, and content opportunities.
  • Create a repeatable community engagement strategy and measure its impact.

What you’ll bring

  • Three to seven or more years of experience in partnerships, partner marketing, community, customer marketing, events, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience managing external stakeholders and building long-term relationships.
  • The ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong project management and follow-through.
  • Comfort working across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership.
  • The ability to turn ambiguous ideas into structured programs.
  • A commercial mindset with an understanding that relationships should ultimately create value for the business and its customers.
  • Comfort engaging technical and business audiences, along with the curiosity to learn enough about fraud, risk, cybersecurity, and data products to have credible conversations.
